» Review and Publication of Manuscripts:
Submitted papers will be reviewed by the TPC (the review process is double-blind). An accepted paper must be presented at the conference venue by a registered author at the full registration rate. The paper publication will follow the rules:No show, no publication.
The paper review process typically follows a structured and rigorous procedure to ensure fairness, quality, and academic integrity. Upon submission, each paper undergoes an initial check for formatting, scope, and plagiarism. If it passes this stage, the conference committee assigns it to relevant reviewers based on their expertise. Reviewers evaluate the paper based on criteria such as originality, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field, providing detailed feedback and recommendations (e.g., accept, revise, or reject). Accepted papers may require revisions before final approval, while rejected papers receive constructive feedback. The entire process is usually double-blind (anonymous authors and reviewers) to minimize bias, and strict confidentiality is maintained throughout.
